Our attorneys bring experience from AmLaw 25 and AmLaw 200 firms and combine large-firm deal discipline with the agility of a boutique practice. We regularly work alongside investment bankers, private equity sponsors, wealth advisors, and operating executives to execute complex transactions. Our role is to help founders navigate the most consequential transaction of their careers with clarity, structure, and disciplined execution. We represent clients nationwide.
