Paid Support: The firm supports employee learning goals. You’ll be supported by a team from all over the world and be able to hire additional support, take additional coursework, and join memberships and communities to develop your skills.
Paid Coaching & Development: Every HLS team member has paid coaching, training, and professional development available to them on a 1:1 and group basis.
Retirement Planning: The firm offers 401k with company matching.
Remote Work Option: A significant portion of the work can be from home, but is not required.
Company Equipment: The firm provides equipment and supplies necessary for remote work and reimburses for the use of home and utilities for remote work.
Paid Time Off: All federal holidays are provided with paid time off, and additional paid time off is provided on an accrual basis.
Medical/Dental/Vision: The firm offers individual health reimbursements for those enrolled in an individual plan, and health stipends for those enrolled through another’s plan.
Competitive Compensation: The compensation range is inclusive of base salary and quarterly bonuses, with the opportunity for consistent merit increases. While the full compensation range applies to every hire, the base salary will consider the candidate’s education, training, experience, interview/application performance, work location, and required travel.
